Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Human Animal, we aim to make our refund and cancellation conditions clear and straightforward.

The following policy applies to our online courses and in-person workshops.

I. Online Courses

Because our online courses provide immediate access to digital educational materials, we offer a limited voluntary refund period under the following conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  2. No more than 20% of each purchased course must have been accessed.
  3. If eligible, 80% of the payment will be refunded.
  4. The remaining 20% is retained for administrative and transaction-related costs.

After 3 days or once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, voluntary refunds are no longer available.

II. Installment Payment Plans

Customers purchasing an online course through installments may request cancellation of their remaining payments, provided they have accessed no more than 20% of the course.

If canceled:

  • All remaining installments will be stopped.
  • Access to the course will end.
  • Payments already made will not be refunded solely because the payment plan is canceled.


Once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, voluntary cancellation of remaining installments is no longer available, and the agreed payment schedule must be completed.

Course progress is assessed using the information available through our learning platform.

III. In-Person Workshops

Cancellation more than one month before the workshop

If a participant cancels more than one month before the workshop begins, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.

The remaining 20% is retained for administrative and organizational costs.

Cancellation within one month of the workshop

Refunds are not available under our voluntary policy.

However, participants may transfer their registration to another person by contacting us in advance.

Cancellation by Human Animal

If we cancel a workshop, participants will be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund of the registration fee.

If an event is postponed or significantly changed, we will inform registered participants of their available options.

IV. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
