The online courses, workshops, and educational services offered by Human Animal Project are provided under the following terms.
Human Animal Project is operated by ARTS & ATHLETICS WHOLE ANIMAL DEVELOPMENT S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. Full business details are available on our Company Information page.
I. Courses and Workshops
Human Animal offers the following educational services:
Online courses, including video lessons, demonstrations, explanations, and supplementary learning materials.
In-person workshops and intensives held at the locations, dates, and times indicated on their respective pages.
We may introduce, update, or discontinue offerings. Changes to existing purchases will respect applicable consumer rights.
II. Orders and Payments
Courses and workshop registrations can be purchased through our website using the available payment methods.
Prices, applicable taxes, and payment conditions are displayed before purchase.
Online courses are made available through our learning platform after purchase. Workshop registrations are confirmed by email.
III. Installment Payments
Selected online courses may be purchased through installment payment plans.
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to the scheduled payments displayed at checkout. Installments are not a monthly subscription or free trial.
Cancellation of Installments
You may request cancellation of your remaining installments if you have accessed no more than 20% of the course.
If the cancellation is accepted, remaining payments will be stopped, previously collected payments will not be refunded solely because of cancellation, and access to the course will end.
Once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, voluntary cancellation of the payment plan is no longer available, and the remaining installments must be paid.
Course progress is determined using the information recorded by our learning platform.

IV. Course Access and Delivery
Online courses become accessible through our educational platform after purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, our currently offered courses include lifetime access once fully paid for.
Course access is personal and cannot be shared or transferred without our permission.
V. Cancellations and Refunds
1. Online Courses
Refund requests must meet the following conditions:
The request is made within 3 days of purchase.
No more than 20% of each purchased course has been accessed.
If eligible, 80% of the payment is refunded, while the remaining 20% is retained for administrative and transaction-related costs.
After 3 days or once more than 20% of the course has been accessed, voluntary refunds are no longer available.
2. In-Person Workshops
If a participant cancels more than one month before the workshop, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations within one month of the workshop, voluntary refunds are not available. However, participants may transfer their place to another person by contacting us in advance.
3. Consumer Rights
These are Human Animal's voluntary refund and cancellation conditions. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
VI. Workshop Changes and Cancellations
Workshops may occasionally need to be canceled or rescheduled due to illness, insufficient registrations, venue-related issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Human Animal cancels a workshop, participants will be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund of the registration fee.
If a workshop is postponed or significantly changed, we will inform registered participants and explain their available options.
Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are the participant's responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
VII. Intellectual Property
All original educational materials provided by Human Animal, including videos, photographs, written instructions, practice guides, and other resources, are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a course grants you personal access to the educational materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly upload, or share our course materials without prior permission.
You are welcome to apply the knowledge, skills, and movement principles learned through our courses in your personal practice or professional teaching.
VIII. Participation and Liability
Our online courses and in-person workshops involve physical activities that may carry a risk of injury.
Participants are responsible for exercising judgment, practicing within their abilities, and adapting or stopping activities when necessary.
Our educational services do not replace individualized medical advice or treatment.
Human Animal is responsible for its services in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
IX. Photography and Video
Photographs and videos may be taken during our in-person workshops for educational documentation and promotional purposes.
Where required, appropriate permission will be obtained before identifiable images or recordings are used.

X. Data Protection
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
This includes information necessary for purchases, student accounts, workshop registrations, and communications.
XI. Governing Law and Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a customer's country of residence.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
We may update these terms when necessary. Changes will not retroactively remove contractual rights relating to completed purchases.
