Metamorphosis

This course aims to allow you to comfortably move on 4 limbs, while developing a deeper understanding of how you can articulate your joints and create more complexity within the context of quadrupedal locomotion. It was designed with the goal of enhancing your explorative behavior, creativity and capacity to move with more ease and freedom.

Course Structure:

The course consists of 10 classes.

Each class contains 4 tasks.

All tasks are explained in depth and demonstrated so you have a clear understanding of the constraints and the questions raised.

The session should take you no more that 1 hour in total, with an average of 15 min/task.

What to expect:

At the end of the course you will have improved your awareness, strength and flexibility, while increasing your capacity of creative thinking and of moving with more freedom.

In the last class, I will guide you through an integrative process and explain to you how to further explore the landscape of your body using the tasks you've learned and beyond.

Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who is interested in animal locomotion, dance and theatre. For movers, dancers, martial artists, yoga, pilates instructors and practitioners. For anyone who wants to expand or start their movement journey.

Requirements:

No previous experience needed.

The tasks were designed so you can practice at the comfort of your home, but taking them in larger spaces could be also an option.

I hope through this course I will change your understanding of what is possible when we move on 4 limbs.

FAQ

  • Who is this course for?

Our courses are open to everyone, regardless of experience or background. Whether you're completely new to movement practice or already have years of experience, you'll find opportunities to explore, learn, and challenge yourself. No previous experience is required. The material is designed to accommodate different levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace and adapt the practice to your abilities.

  • How long do I have access to the courses?

We see learning as an ongoing process rather than something with a defined endpoint. As your experience, interests, and abilities evolve, the same material can reveal new possibilities, questions, and directions for exploration. With this in mind, all our online courses include LIFETIEM ACCESS. The material remains available for you to engage with whenever it becomes relevant to your practice, whether that's today, in a few months, or several years from now.You can return to individual lessons whenever you wish, explore the material repeatedly, and rediscover it as your practice evolves. There is no prescribed pace or expectation to complete everything within a certain period. You are free to develop your own relationship with the material and return to it as often as you wish.

  • How much space and equipment do I need?

Very little! No special equipment is required, just your body and enough space to move comfortably. You can practice at home, outdoors, or wherever you have a small area available.

  • How and when can I access the course?

You'll get immediate access to the course after completing your purchase. Simply log in to your account on our website to start learning.
